About The Position

Responsible and accountable for providing cleaning services at the properties, providing customer service, and presenting the company professionally. The role oversees the cleaning components of the property and supports resident satisfaction and retention through customer service. Duties include maintaining common areas, cleaning vacant units, responding to cleaning requests, keeping records of completed work, and maintaining company tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Must occasionally use personal transportation to travel to properties and local supply stores.
• Ability to solve problems without direction.
• Ability to interpret complex written, oral, or schedule-based instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the cleaning components of the property.
• Support targeted resident satisfaction and retention through customer service.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community.
• Clean all vacant units.
• Complete cleaning requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of cleaning performed in units and at the site.
• Keep Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
