About The Position

Responsible and accountable for cleaning at the properties, providing customer service, and representing the company professionally. The role oversees the cleaning components of the property and works to achieve targeted resident satisfaction and greater resident retention.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to solve problems without direction.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions provided in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 75 pounds.
• Must have the vision abilities required for the job, including close, distance, and color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community.
• Clean all vacant units.
• Complete cleaning requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of cleaning performed in units and at the site.
• Keep Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
