About The Position

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. Duties include customer service and checkout, merchandise processing, store recovery and cleanliness, and supporting safety and shrink-reduction programs.

Responsibilities

Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and count change according to established procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Follow merchandising philosophy, procedures, and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
