About The Position

Responsible and accountable for providing cleaning at the properties, delivering customer service, and presenting the company professionally. The role oversees and manages property cleaning and works toward resident satisfaction and retention. Duties include cleaning community common areas and vacant units, completing cleaning requests promptly, maintaining records of cleaning performed, and keeping company tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Must occasionally use personal transportation to travel to properties and local supply stores (1% to 33% of the time).
• Ability to solve problems without direction.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to meet the described physical demands, including regularly using hands to finger, handle, or feel and talking or hearing; frequently standing, walking, and sitting; and occasionally reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, tasting, or smelling.
• Must have close, distance, and color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the cleaning components of the property.
• Provide customer service to support resident satisfaction and retention.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community.
• Clean vacant units.
• Complete cleaning requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of cleaning performed in units and at the site.
• Maintain Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
