About The Position

The Cleaning role is responsible and accountable for cleaning at the properties, providing customer service, and representing the company professionally. The role oversees and manages cleaning at each property and supports resident satisfaction and retention through customer service. Duties include maintaining community common areas and vacant units, responding to cleaning requests, documenting completed work, and keeping company tools and equipment in working condition.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Occasional use of personal transportation to travel to properties and local supply stores (1% to 33% of the time).
• Ability to solve problems without direction.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions provided in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the cleaning components of the property.
• Support targeted resident satisfaction and retention through customer service.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community.
• Clean all vacant units.
• Complete cleaning requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of cleaning performed in units and at the site.
• Keep Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
