About The Position

As a Retail Associate, you help advance our mission by turning donated goods into meaningful impact for our community. This full-time, onsite role supports both the sales floor and donation operations while delivering respectful, customer-centric service. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing donations (evaluation, pricing, tagging), merchandising items for sale, operating the POS with accuracy and courtesy, and keeping the sales floor recovered and presentable. You’ll support steady inventory flow and strong store standards, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

• Reliable, detail-oriented approach to handling and preparing merchandise
• Strong customer and donor service mindset with empathy and integrity
• Comfort with fast-paced retail tasks and basic POS transactions
