About The Position
The Thrift Store Associate works in an Idaho Youth Ranch thrift store, helping fund the organization’s programs and services by selling donated items. The role contributes to the mission of nurturing hope, healing, and resilience for Idaho’s youth. Candidates must live within a reasonable distance of the Idaho location.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Must be within a reasonable distance of the Idaho location.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
- Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment.
- Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading and moving equipment.
- Provide customer service to thrift store customers.
