About The Position

Converse is seeking an energetic Retail Associate who brings individual style and passion to the team and helps continue the brand’s legacy of inspiring, motivating, and embracing sport, culture, and creativity. The role centers on serving consumers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to products that support their performance. Associates contribute to an energetic, inclusive store environment and work with teammates to keep the store sharp and meet goals.

The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Schedules vary by location, season, business demand, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Associates are expected to commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Business needs may occasionally require work outside that availability or a change in availability. Full-time hours are 32–40 per week; part-time hours are 14–29 per week; seasonal hours are up to 40 per week based on business need; and part-time under hours are 5–15 per week.

The application process includes an online assessment about personality characteristics and behavioral preferences related to successful performance in the Retail Athlete/Associate role. Accommodations are available for the assessment and interview process. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday work based on department and store/company needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
