About The Position

Converse is hiring a Retail Associate to help create a distinctive customer experience while continuing the brand’s legacy of inspiring and embracing sport, culture, and creativity. The role involves understanding consumers’ needs and guiding them to products, maintaining product knowledge and store standards, working toward goals, and building supportive connections with customers and teammates. Associates are expected to communicate honestly, demonstrate reliability, and meet elevated standards. The starting hourly rate is $18.00. Schedules vary based on store needs, season, business demands, and employment type; standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Depending on business needs, employees may sometimes be asked to work outside their stated availability or provide additional or different availability. An online personality and behavioral assessment is part of the application process. Accommodations are available for the assessment and interview process.

Requirements

Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Be at least 18 years old.
