About The Position

As a Converse Retail Associate, you help customers find products that support their performance while contributing to an energetic, inclusive store environment. You share product knowledge, maintain store standards, pursue goals, and build positive connections with consumers and teammates. The role calls for authenticity, reliability, honest communication, and a commitment to Converse’s culture of sport, creativity, and self-expression. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Scheduling depends on store needs, season, and employment type. Employees must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it; business needs may occasionally require work outside that availability or different availability. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s timezone. Overnight shifts, where applicable, may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The posting lists expected hours of 32–40 per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal work based on business need, and 5–15 for part-time under. Applicants must be at least 18. An online assessment is part of the application process. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
