About The Position

The Converse Retail Associate helps customers find products that support their performance while contributing to an energetic, welcoming store environment. Associates learn and represent the product, maintain store standards, work toward goals, and build connections with consumers and teammates. The role calls for reliability, honest communication, and flexibility to meet store scheduling needs.

The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within the availability provided, though business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. Full-time retail hours are 32–40 hours per week; part-time hours are 14–29, seasonal hours may be up to 40 based on business need, and part-time-under hours are 5–15.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, potentially including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours, based on department and store/company needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
