Retail Associate, SEAS - Converse Citadel

About The Position

As a Converse Retail Associate, you help customers find products that meet their needs while contributing to a welcoming, energetic store environment. You use product knowledge to support consumers, maintain store standards, work toward goals, and build positive connections with customers and teammates. The role calls for integrity, reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to Converse’s culture of sport, creativity, and self-expression. The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Schedules vary according to location, season, store needs, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Employees are expected to commit to their availability and remain flexible, as business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Retail hours include full-time (32–40 hours per week), part-time (14–29 hours per week), seasonal (up to 40 hours per week based on business need), and part-time under (5–15 hours per week).

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, potentially including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
