About The Position

Converse is seeking an energetic Retail Associate to help customers find products that meet their needs and elevate their performance. The role combines consumer service, product knowledge, sales goals, and maintaining a sharp store environment. Associates build supportive connections with customers and teammates, bring energy and knowledge to the store, and demonstrate integrity, reliability, and honest communication.

The starting hourly rate is $19.00. Associates must commit to their stated availability while remaining flexible. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight shifts, where applicable, may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers make every effort to schedule within provided availability, but business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. An online personality and behavioral assessment is part of the application process. Accommodations are available during the assessment and interview process.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
