About The Position

Converse is hiring a Retail Associate to serve consumers and support store operations. The role involves understanding consumers’ needs and guiding them to products that support their performance, maintaining product knowledge and store presentation, working toward goals, and building positive connections with consumers and teammates. Associates are expected to act with integrity, communicate honestly, and demonstrate reliability.

Availability and scheduling flexibility are important. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Store needs may occasionally require work outside the availability provided or a change in availability. The starting hourly rate is $16.00.

Requirements

• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on department and store or company needs.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Meet physical requirements that may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Complete an online assessment as part of the application process.
