About The Position

As a Converse Retail Associate, you help customers find products that meet their needs while contributing to a welcoming, energetic store environment. You share product knowledge, maintain store standards, work toward goals, and build supportive connections with customers and teammates. The role calls for integrity, reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to Converse’s sport, culture, creativity, and self-expression. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Schedules vary according to location, season, store needs, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, although business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Retail hours listed are 32–40 hours per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal, and 5–15 for part-time under.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, potentially including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Able to meet physical requirements that may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
