About The Position

The Retail Associate helps consumers find products that meet their needs while creating a welcoming, energetic store experience. The role involves knowing the product, maintaining store standards, working toward goals, and supporting teammates. Associates are expected to communicate honestly, act reliably, and help create an inclusive space where consumers and coworkers feel seen and supported.

Schedules vary according to store needs, season, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight roles may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Employees must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible, as business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. The starting hourly rate is $16.00.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store or company needs.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
