About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. In a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, they serve consumers across store zones and needs, build brand trust and loyalty, and work as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Associates are expected to commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. An online personality and behavioral-preference assessment is part of the application process. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
