About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They build brand trust and loyalty while providing an excellent Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. Athletes work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a collaborative team focused on serving consumers. The starting hourly rate is $15.50. Schedules depend on location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Employees are expected to commit to their availability while maintaining flexibility, and business needs may occasionally require availability outside the hours provided. Part-time hours are listed as 14–29 hours per week, with a separate “Part Time Under” category of 5–15 hours per week.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours that may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store or company needs.
Meet physical requirements that may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Commit to availability and maintain flexibility within those hours.
