About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that inspire them. They work across store zones in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, contributing to a team-focused experience that builds brand trust and loyalty and provides consumers with an excellent Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $19.50. Committing to the hours of availability provided and maintaining flexibility within those hours are core components of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Part-time hours are listed as 14–29 hours per week, with a separate “Part Time Under” category of 5–15 hours per week.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Be able to meet physical requirements that may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
