About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. Associates serve consumers in the store, build brand trust and loyalty, and work with teammates to deliver an outstanding Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. The starting hourly rate is $17.00. Scheduling is based on store needs and employment type; associates are expected to commit to their availability and remain flexible. Standard shifts generally fall between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone, with overnight shifts potentially scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Business needs may occasionally require work outside the availability provided or different availability. The role requires an online assessment as part of the application process.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store or company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
