About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers in the store, build brand trust and loyalty, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment to provide the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $15.50. Employees must commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary based on location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require work outside it or different availability. Expected hours are 32–40 per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal work, and 5–15 for part-time-under roles. Applicants complete an online assessment as part of the application process. Nike offers accommodations for the assessment and interview process, including screen readers, sign-language interpreters, accessible interview locations, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available for this role.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
