About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They build brand trust and loyalty while delivering the Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs. The role emphasizes teamwork, optimism, and serving consumers. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Employees are expected to commit to their availability and remain flexible within it, though business needs may occasionally require availability outside the provided hours. Part-time hours are listed as 14–29 hours per week, with a separate “Part Time Under” category of 5–15 hours per week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
