About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products and providing an exceptional Nike store experience. In a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, Athletes work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team focused on serving consumers and building brand trust and loyalty. The starting hourly rate is $19.50. Committing to stated availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within provided availability, although business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Retail hours are listed as 32–40 hours per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal work based on business need, and 5–15 for part-time under. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store or company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
