About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that inspire them. Associates build brand trust and loyalty while working as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs. The goal is to provide consumers with the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $16.00. Associates are expected to commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within provided availability, though business needs may occasionally require work outside those hours or different availability. Retail hours listed are 32–40 hours per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal, and 5–15 for part-time under. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on department and store/company needs. Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations. Applicants must be at least 18. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Commit to stated hours of availability and maintain flexibility within those hours.
