About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by serving consumers and helping them discover products that inspire movement and performance. They build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, collaborating across store zones and consumer needs to provide the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Employees must commit to their stated availability and maintain flexibility within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store's time zone; overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability. Retail hours are listed as 32–40 hours per week for full-time, 14–29 for part-time, up to 40 for seasonal, and 5–15 for part-time under. This role requires flexible availability for retail hours, potentially including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations. Applicants must be at least 18. Requirements
