About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. They serve consumers in the store, build brand trust and loyalty, and work with teammates to provide an excellent Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. The starting hourly rate is $16.50. Associates must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule within the associate’s availability, though business needs may sometimes require different or additional availability. An online assessment is part of the application process. Nike also offers accommodations during the assessment and interview process, including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible interview locations, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications. Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available for this role.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, potentially including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
