About The Position

Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. They serve consumers and build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment, working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a team. The goal is to provide consumers with the ultimate Nike store experience. The starting hourly rate is $20.00. Employees must commit to their stated availability and remain flexible within it. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone; overnight positions may be scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Managers will make every effort to schedule within stated availability, though business needs may occasionally require different or additional availability.

Requirements

Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday shifts based on department and store/company needs.
Be at least 18 years old.
Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
