About The Position

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety division is hiring temporary/on-call Retail Associates for its Campus Dining department. The role provides customer service to guests and helps maintain a clean, fast, and friendly multi-unit dining environment. Associates may assist with food preparation, inventory stocking and rotation, point-of-sale operations, dishwashing, and food-service safety and sanitation. The position requires availability for late-night shifts from 6 PM to 2 AM and on Sundays.

Requirements

• Available to work late-night shifts from 6 PM to 2 AM.
• Available to work Sundays.
• Able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Positive and respectful, with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods, up to 6 hours at a time.
• Able to follow food-safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.

• Previous food-service experience.
