Part-Time Retail Ambassador - Larchmont
About The Position
As a part-time Retail Ambassador at Rothy’s Larchmont store in Los Angeles, you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying company values in every interaction. You will build meaningful customer connections, drive sales through service, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive store culture. Sales are the primary focus, with limited operational tasks helping maintain the store and keep it running smoothly. Rothy’s stores offer a distinctive retail experience supported by team members with strong knowledge of the fit, wear, and sizing of the company’s shoes. Ambassadors share product expertise and the story behind Rothy’s designs while providing customer service that builds lasting brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
- Passion for service and motivation to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week: either 3 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) or 2 peak days plus 2 non-peak days (Monday through Thursday).
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
- Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, and stretch, and to safely use ladders and step stools.
- Ability to follow the Rothy’s dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s Experience through best-in-class service, brand-appropriate presentation and communication, and product expertise.
- Drive personal sales results and contribute to team goals.
- Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling practices.
- Model collaborative, team-focused behavior and contribute to a positive, inclusive, service-driven store culture.
- Complete assigned daily store operations accurately, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, store organization, and cleanliness.
- Follow store operations, policies, established procedures, and SOPs to support operational excellence and compliance.
