About The Position

The Retail 3rd Key Supervisor supports store sales and profitability by providing strong customer service, maintaining brand-enhancing store standards, and assisting with store operations. The role helps protect company assets and contributes to a collaborative team environment through constructive, positive feedback. Candidates should have retail, customer service, and inventory control experience, strong selling skills, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform the physical duties of the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move around the store.
• Ability to lift or push products weighing up to 35 pounds and use a ladder to complete job duties.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at point of sale.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Experience in retail, customer service, and inventory control.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.
