About The Position

The Retail 3rd Key Supervisor supports sales and store operations while delivering a positive customer experience. The role helps achieve store sales goals and profit plans, maintains brand-enhancing store standards, protects company assets, and contributes to a supportive, constructive team environment. The supervisor assists customers by explaining merchandise and uses point-of-sale skills to process sales accurately and efficiently. The position requires retail, customer service, and inventory-control experience; strong selling skills; and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Physical duties include standing and moving around the store, lifting or pushing products weighing up to 35 pounds, and using a ladder.

Requirements

Experience in the retail industry, customer service, and inventory control.
Excellent selling skills.
Knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.
Ability to drive sales by understanding and explaining merchandise to customers.
Accuracy and efficiency at point of sale.
Ownership and accountability.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand and move around the store, lift or push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.
