About The Position

The Retail 3rd Key Supervisor helps drive store sales through strong customer service and selling skills, maintains brand-enhancing store standards, and contributes to a positive customer experience. The role assists with store sales goals, profit plans, and overall store operations while protecting company assets. As a team player, the supervisor helps grow the store and brand and provides constructive, positive feedback to colleagues.

Requirements

Experience in the retail industry, customer service, and inventory control.
Excellent selling skills.
Knowledge of a point-of-sale (POS) system for ringing up sales.
Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and move around the store, lift or push products weighing up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.
