About The Position

SERVPRO of North East Chester County is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief / Supervisor in Tullytown. As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Crew Chief / Supervisor demonstrates the company’s commitment to helping customers and clients by coordinating, monitoring, and performing project work to fulfill service needs and provide a positive customer experience. The role includes supervising restoration technicians, maintaining project quality and documentation, managing labor and supplies, and communicating with customers, project managers, and office staff.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and, occasionally, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction, which is tracked through online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided.
Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
Communicate project progress and issues to the restoration project manager and office staff.
Communicate and follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
Protect and properly use equipment, materials, and other assets.
Coach and train restoration technicians.
