About The Position
Restaurant Team Members provide efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer menu questions, address customer needs, process payments, and help ensure food is prepared safely and served fresh. The role includes maintaining a clean and sanitized work area and may involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. No prior experience is required; training is provided.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Prepare customer orders safely and accurately at kitchen stations such as sandwich-making, fry, and grill stations, depending on the restaurant concept.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
