About The Position
Restaurant Team Members help provide efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take and prepare customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, process payments, and maintain a clean and sanitized work area. The role includes using food-safety methods and technologies to ensure customers receive fresh, safe food. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and safely at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, depending on the restaurant concept.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food-safety conditions and provide fresh, safe food.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
