About The Position

Restaurant Team Members provide efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, prepare orders, and maintain a clean and sanitized work area. Team members help ensure food is prepared safely and that customers receive fresh, high-quality products. No experience is required; training is provided. The role may also include cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance a cash register, process payments accurately, and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Prepare customer orders safely at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
