Restaurant Team Member Part Time
About The Position
Restaurant Team Members deliver friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and help ensure a clean and sanitized work area and high-quality food service. Team members prepare orders at kitchen stations such as sandwich lines, fry stations, and grills, and use methods and technologies to maintain food safety. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may also include cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires moving and lifting 25 pounds or more and working in various temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations, which may include a sandwich line, fry station, or grill station.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain food safety and deliver fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
