About The Position

Restaurant Team Members help deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role includes taking and preparing food orders, processing payments, keeping the work area clean and sanitized, and ensuring food is safely prepared and served. No experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance the cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Prepare customer orders safely and accurately at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
