About The Position

Restaurant cashiers help deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. The role includes maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Team members may be cross-trained in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires the ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service, including taking food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer customers additional sales opportunities.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen preparation stations, such as a sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, depending on the restaurant concept.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food-safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
