About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member provides fast, friendly guest service; maintains a clean restaurant; prepares and serves food according to Brand, Company, and health department requirements; and helps ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The role also includes maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records, following applicable laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports according to the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to demonstrate the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is part time, with day and evening shift availability. The role has physical demands and exposure to hot and cold temperatures, restaurant equipment, sharp objects, and loud noise.

• Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 or more pounds, including lifting from ground to overhead.
