About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member provides fast, friendly guest service; maintains a clean restaurant; prepares and serves food in accordance with brand, company, and health department rules; and helps ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following applicable laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports under the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to uphold the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is part-time, with day and evening shift availability.

Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more, including lifting from ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
Clean the restaurant and perform general housekeeping duties.
Prepare and serve food items in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
Follow government laws and safety codes.
Complete incident reports according to the 5-minute rule policy.
