About The Position

Restaurant Team Members provide efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and help ensure high-quality food service. The role includes maintaining a clean and sanitized work area and preparing orders at kitchen stations as needed. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, take food orders, answer menu questions, and address customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain food safety and deliver fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
