About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member provides fast, friendly guest service and supports restaurant operations. The role includes maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations, and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. Team members also maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, follow government laws and safety codes, and complete incident reports in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy. Employees are expected to embody the Company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The role may also include other duties as assigned.

• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.

• Complete incident reports in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
