RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy and welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, provide guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role offers full-time and part-time hours, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The posted pay, including tips, is up to $20.00–$25.00 per hour. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
