RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team Members assist guests with placing orders and navigating the menu, build guest relationships, run food, bus tables, and plate food. Team Members may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The position offers full-time and part-time hours and requires a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The listed pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, including tips.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Great personality and a hospitable attitude.
- Strong desire to help people and connect with guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with taking orders and guiding them through the menu.
- Provide guest relations and connect with guests throughout the day.
- Run food and bus tables.
