RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy guest experience. Team Members take orders, guide guests through the menu, build guest relationships, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role involves passionately connecting with guests and helping them explore the menu. Full-time and part-time hours are available. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The advertised pay is $17.00–$22.00 per hour, including tips.
