About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help guests enjoy a welcoming and happy dining experience. Team members take orders, guide guests through the menu, build guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role involves passionately connecting with guests and helping them explore the menu. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips, and all team members participate in the tip pool. Team members are paid biweekly.
