RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and menu selection, support guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position offers full-time and part-time hours, and team members should be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. All team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. The job description notes that duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
