RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, handle guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Team members connect with guests and participate in the restaurant’s tip pool. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as up to $20.00–$25.00 per hour, including tips, and employees are paid biweekly. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
