About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help guests enjoy an approachable, adventurous menu made with fresh ingredients. Team members assist with taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. They may work across several stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role is suited to people who enjoy connecting with guests and offering hospitable, helpful service. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Great personality and a hospitable attitude.
- Strong desire to help people.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders and guide guests through the menu.
- Provide guest relations and hospitality.
- Run food and bus tables.
- Plate food.
- Work a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner.
